For many of our trainees, this is their first time working in a professional environment and their first full time role. Adding a training contract into this, and it can present many questions in the lead up to them joining. We recorded our video podcast series "In conversation with..." to cover a lot of these topics and help paint a picture of what trainees can expect when they join the firm, the best ways to get off to a strong start, and where their career with us can take them.
