Our application process

We know applying for a job can be stressful. But we’ve got your back. These pages will show you what to expect at every stage and you’ll have a dedicated recruiter to help you feel confident throughout.

You’ll start your application by filling in a quick and easy online form. We’ve tried to keep this as painless as possible and only ask for the essentials. It shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes to complete.

The online assessment

This is your first assessment with us and helps us assess the kind of key skills you'll need in your chosen role.

Digital interview

This is second stage of our assessment process. You’ll record yourself answering a series of video questions.

Written case study

The third stage of our assessment process is the written case study. Although, school leavers will complete this as part of their digital interview.

Group exercise

The next step of our recruitment process is group exercise, looking at how you work as part of a team and within a professional environment.

Final interview

The final stage of our assessment process is a 1-2-1 virtual or in person interview with a member of the service line you have applied to.
